About Us:
At The Pickleball House, we’re passionate about providing an exceptional Pickleball experience to our members and guests. We are excited to announce the opening of our brand-new Pickleball club, and we’re looking for friendly, enthusiastic, and dedicated Staff to join our team.
Position Overview:
As a Staff member, you will be the face of our club, responsible for ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for all visitors. Your primary role will be to assist members and guests with their inquiries, provide information about club services, manage court bookings, and help create an exceptional experience for all Pickleball enthusiasts.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage court reservations and ensure a smooth check-in process.
- Provide information about club membership options, pricing, and services.
- Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and data entry.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely.
- Maintain a positive and cooperative working relationship with other club staff.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office and reservation systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- A passion for Pickleball or a willingness to learn about the sport is a plus.
